Shipping & Returns

All standard shoelaces are in stock; if not, the delivery time will be approximately 3 weeks. For custom shoelaces, the same delivery time of approximately 3 weeks applies. This delivery time is determined by the time required to process your order, make, and package the shoelaces. Shipments are handled by PostNL. To minimize environmental impact, we will only ship orders consisting of different delivery times when they are complete.

Please note that there may be up to 5 working days between the "delivered" status and the actual delivery, as postal workers do not use scanning equipment. However, in most cases, the package will be delivered as expected. Items that cannot be sent as letterbox packages will be shipped via parcel post by blmsnkrs.nl. For other countries within the EU, a customized rate applies. The rates for other European countries will be automatically calculated and indicated before placing and paying for an order. There are regularly promotions with lower or no shipping costs. Before payment, you will see the shipping costs for your order. If you order items from multiple shipping rate groups, you will only pay the shipping costs of the items in the highest shipping rate group of your order. If blmsnkrs.nl delivers your order in multiple shipments, for any reason, blmsnkrs.nl will of course cover the extra shipping and packaging costs.

Payment Methods

At blmsnkrs.nl, you can safely pay in various ways:

  • Apple Pay / iDEAL: Most banks in the Netherlands support iDEAL payments. Paying via iDEAL works the same as internet banking. You need your bank card and identification method (e.g., random reader or e. dentifer).

    • Cost: blmsnkrs.nl does not charge fees for iDEAL payments.
    • You pay using the reliable method of internet banking.
    • You pay through the secure software of your own bank.
    • We will ship your order as soon as possible.
    • Payments via iDEAL are free.

  • PayPal: To pay with PayPal, you need a PayPal account. You can arrange this on the PayPal website. When you choose this payment option, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment.

    • Cost: blmsnkrs.nl does not charge fees for PayPal payments.
    • Safe, you pay through the secure servers and software of PayPal.
    • We will ship your order as soon as possible.
    • We do not charge fees for PayPal payments.

  • Credit Card: You can also choose to pay with the Visa, Maestro, or Mastercard credit card. Your credit card details are encrypted via the SSL method. Due to this high security standard, purchasing with a credit card at blmsnkrs.nl is safe.

    • Place your order and choose to pay with a credit card.
    • Enter your credit card number, expiration date, and CID/CVC code. This code is used for verification and is usually on the back of the credit card.
    • The information is sent to the credit card company.
    • When the transaction is authorized, you will be notified, and your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
    • In many cases, the amount is automatically debited from your account (consult your credit card company for more information).
    • If you decide to cancel or return the order – or part of it – the credit will be refunded to your credit card. The refund is usually visible on your statement within 6 weeks.
