Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories, and if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, shall be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, please contact us at blmsnkrs@gmail.com. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has been received in good condition. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning.

Please note: For custom products (laces, silhouettes, shoes e.g), there is no refund possible. Only when colors are extremely off compared to the wish of the customer.
